Cabin Fever is excellent for individuals or families! The layout is amazing, though there are other cabins around you, it is pretty private. There was only two of us that stayed in the Ma and Pa Cabin, it was very specious, very clean and had everything that you need (ladies bring a hair dryer). I loved that the fire pit was private, for some reason I did not realize that when booking. The stream/creek that runs through was fun to explore, we found newts, salamander, all kinds of things! You’re a few miles from down to go do so many different things! The hosts are quick to reply to your needs and courteous. I highly recommend staying!
We had a great visit to Saluda N.C. The room we had was clean and centrally located to all of our activities. It was clean and comfortable
Upon arrival, the home was gorgeous. Very private and secluded. Two houses down the hill but far enough away for this home to be secluded. Easy access to enter. Clean smell when we opened the door but cobwebs and dust in several areas. I understand it’s a cabin in the woods so I can overlook that. No salt in the kitchen like listing stated but we had some for our food in the vehicle. No paper towels but I think that was listed. Nice water pressure in shower. Beautifully decorated home with both modern & rustic features. Not enough lighting in the home. Needs more SOFT light as this is a cabin and not a Dr office. No LED lighting is necessary. The tv didn’t work the ENTIRE time we were there. Host said to unplug and reset and we did several times. It still didn’t work. King bed was VERY uncomfortable. Sank in the middle and creaked terribly. The worst night’s sleep we ever had. BUT we weren’t at home, so it is what it is. Overall we would probably not stay again for this price.
Very charming, rustic cabin deep in the forest. The cabin was lovely, and we absolutely appreciated using the wood stove. The playground with the zip line was awesome, and our kids loved it. The only small issue is driving up to the cabin in our minivan… to do it right you need to maintain speed or you will get stuck. Other than that, it’s the perfect place for those looking to stay in a rustic cabin in the Hendersonville area.
Perfect location for those who love the nature and are looking for peaceful place to stay. Surrounded by woods with creek and bridge over it adding extra charm.
We stayed only one night arriving really late so couldn’t enjoy the amenities but kids playground also looked super fun.
The cabin itself is roomy and we appreciated the screened porch.
The ladder upstairs is rather steep / high so I didn’t let my 5 yo sleep in the loft.
We missed coffee (had decaf only) and internet in the morning but appreciated the housekeeping giving us extra 15 min when I messed up with check-out timing.
Overall great experience and looking to come back to really enjoy the place!

We enjoyed our stay in the mountains. The fireplace was a big plus. There were conflicting rules from what we were told and what was posted which was perplexing. Otherwise, I would stay again.

Very charming cottage in beautiful peaceful surroundings. Well equipped with everything you might need. We particularly enjoyed the private fire pit and grill.
It was fun to sit on the screened porch and feel up high in the trees listening to frogs and birds.
Last minute booking so we only stayed for a night and didn’t get to fully explore. The playground was nice and seemed well kept. It was quiet and peaceful the night we were staying. Didn’t use the amenities but it all seemed clean and maintained. Did get a little chilly in the night, into the morning but it is the mountains in the Fall!! Overall a lovely place

Cute little place. It’s not a private place, but we liked having other families around with children to play with ours. We enjoyed the park right behind the cabin. With 2 little kids this was a life saver. There are many things to do just a 20-30 min drive away.Sage was very communicative and responded quickly. We had a great time.
Very nice place to stay when working out of town. Made me feel like I’m was back home in the mountains.
This stay was the absolute best i have ever had of an air bnb it was a great place to stay nestled in the woods. It was absolutely stunning to wake up to the quiet of the woods everyday and enjoy a cup of coffee in such tranquility. The details invested in the decor and every detail meant so much more to us. We tracked the signatures in the loft back to 1984! We of course added ours. It was a great stay and we will be back! Take the time to uncover this perfect gem.
Bird's Nest is a small, quiet and Private room off of the Innkeeper's area/office. It has a comfortable bed, a nice size bathroom, a mini fridge, a Keurig, coffee pods and domino sugar packets, extra pillows and blankets, a sofa bed, a smart TV, WIFI, and was very warm and cozy during cold weather. It has a screened-in porch with rocking chairs. Cabin Fever has two communal fire pits and picnic areas. We enjoyed our time and space. Minutes from restaurants and other attractions. No steep hills, not secluded, but still very woodsy and beautiful if you love nature and/or the mountains.
The Bird’s Nest was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Such a cute place.
I came to this place with a friend to spend some time away from our cities. This place was great! It was easy to find, quiet, and the surrounding were beautiful. I really liked how close to a town in each direction this place is.
This was my first Airbnb experience and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find everything above board! My cabin was exactly as described and very clean. On the outside the cabin was quite rustic. However, once inside, it was extremely modern. It even had a jacuzzi tub. I can see myself staying at Cabin Fever again one day .... But maybe I'll try a different cabin next time. Thank you, Unique Stays, for a wonderful trip!
What a retreat!! This property is beautiful, lots to see & do. Minutes drive to quaint little town. Had a couple of hiccups that Sage helped us work through. We definitely recommend Cabin Fever!
